COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

(aka FAQs)

There are six sign sizes to choose from: 36", 30", 24", 18", 14", and 12".

The size of a sign is determined by its largest dimension, either width or height, depending on how the sign is positioned.

We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes to your sign design!

You can easily request a design change from any product page—just be sure to provide as much detail as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us; we're here to help!

When we say "within reason," we mean changes that won't take our designers more than a few minutes to implement. We'll do our very best to meet your sign needs and make your vision a reality!

Unfortunately, we cannot. For now, we are limited to five colors: Black, White, Silver, Red, and Copper.

To see any of these colors, simply visit any product page. You will immediately see round color swatches to the right of any product image. Click on any of the five colors, and the product image will change to that color.

To hang your sign, you'll typically need up to four screws and a screwdriver. Depending on the location, you might also find a tape measure and a ladder helpful for proper placement. Happy hanging!

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. Please note too, that we are unable to ship directly to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Premium 18 gauge steel is used for our signs.

We are a small, family-operated business based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States.

As an online shop, we do not have a physical storefront, allowing us to focus on providing you with exceptional products and services related to metal signs for your home or business.

Here are some suggestions on how to maintain your metal sign.

  1. Regular Cleaning: Clean your sign periodically with mild soap and water to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.
  2. Inspect it for Damage: The powder coating should be regularly inspected for signs of wear, chips, or scratches. Any damage should be addressed promptly to prevent rust or corrosion.
  3. Apply a Protective Coating: Consider applying a clear protective sealant or wax designed for metal surfaces. This can provide an additional layer of protection against the elements.
  4. Avoid Harsh Conditions: If possible, position the sign in a location that minimizes exposure to harsh weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, heavy rain, or snow.
  5. Use a UV Protectant: If the sign is exposed to direct sunlight, consider using a UV protectant spray to help prevent the powder coating from deteriorating or rusting.
  6. Store During Extreme Weather: If severe weather is forecasted, consider removing your sign and storing it in a sheltered location to prevent damage.

By following these steps, you can help ensure the longevity and appearance of your outdoor hanging metal sign.
