e-Gift cards are virtual gift cards that you can purchase for someone. The card is then sent via email. The recipient opens the mail and can then take the gift card code and apply it to any product purchased at Flat Metal Signs.
Depending on the card amount, the e-gift card recipient may have an owed balance for the purchased product or store credit.
There are no shipping charges on an e-gift card purchase since it’s virtual. However, depending on the price of the product the recipient purchases, shipping charges may apply. The flat rate charge for shipping is $10 on orders under $120.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- Domestic only: Metal signs are only shipped within the continental US. We DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- No international shipping: You cannot order metal signs to be shipped outside of the US.
- Carrier: Our metal signs are typically shipped via FedEx.
TURNAROUND TIMES
We want you to know that we strive to complete your order exactly as you want it. Typically, standard metal sign designs can be produced within a day. If your design is non-standard, it could take up to three days. We'll contact you if there are any delays or questions.
Production time is 5-7 business days. Check your emails for shipping notifications and tracking numbers. Your metal sign should arrive within 6-12 business days.

Orders under $120 are a flat $10.
DAMAGED SIGN UPON ARRIVAL
If a metal sign arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll then provide instructions for replacing or exchanging it. Our top priority is your satisfaction.
