Flat Metal Signs™ designs and sells custom metal artwork. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.
- For personalized and custom orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check spelling, numbers, and design requests before submitting.
3. Production & Customization
- Each sign is made to order from 18-gauge steel and finished with a durable powder coat.
- Because of the handcrafted and finishing process, slight variations in texture or color may occur.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier, and Flat Metal Signs™ cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy outlines eligibility and steps for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review it before placing your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, stories, photos, and original artwork on this site are the property of Flat Metal Signs™. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
7. Liability
Flat Metal Signs™ is not liable for improper use, handling, or installation of our products. Our signs are decorative items only and should be mounted safely and securely according to customer preference.
